We will meet for approximately 90 minutes online or in person during our first visit. The goal of this visit includes developing relationship in which you that you feel comfortable with me as a provider and build trust. During this visit we will also discuss the ways in which your mental health is impacting your daily life with the goal of getting to to know you and your unique needs better.
